Valdresflya – the mountain plateau – one of 18 national routes in Norway

The tour on Valdresflya gives almost endless views of mountains and waters. The road winds free and easy on the plateau along the Jotunheimen National Park, passing the highest point at 1389 meters above sea level.

Here, you will enjoy a fantastic driving experience and, with a little luck, you can spot reindeer. On the route, there are view-points with parking facilities and opportunities for walking tours. From Randsverk it takes 35 minutes by car to Valdresflya and you can complete the tour via Jotunheimvegen (45 km gravel road) and back to Skåbu-Murudalen (25 km gravel road) and Randsverk as a nice round trip.
